Social media guidelines
West Wimmera Shire Council uses social media to engage and keep the community up to date with the latest news and upcoming events in the shire. We welcome and encourage your feedback and look forward to your comments, stories and experiences.
Monitoring
Content posted on West Wimmera Shire Council’s social media accounts is monitored during business hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Please note that social media may not always be the most appropriate avenue for customer inquiries. For a more efficient and thorough response, we encourage you to fill out a customer action request form. For urgent matters, please contact Council directly at 13 99 72.
