Need Council to fix something, investigate an issue or provide a service? Submit a service request using the form below.

You can use the form to report things such as:

  • Grading or maintenance of unsealed roads
  • Issues with road drainage or culverts
  • Damaged or missing Council signs
  • Damaged footpaths or trip hazards
  • Issues with parks, reserves or public facilities
  • Overgrown vegetation or maintenance issues
  • Waste or bin collection issues
  • Local laws or animal-related issues

Please provide as much information as possible, including the location, dates and times, a description of the issue and any relevant contact details. You can also attach photos or other information that may help Council investigate the request.

Is your request urgent?

If your matter is urgent and there is an immediate risk to the safety of people or property, please contact Council on 13 99 72.

We will review your request and refer it to the appropriate Council team.
