Rubbish collection services
Council provided kerbside collection services to residential, community and commercial properties in the townships of Kaniva, Miram, Lillimur, Serviceton, Apsley, Edenhope Goroke, Harrow and Rural areas on direct route to these towns.
When are bins collected?
Wednesdays: Kaniva, Miram, Lillimur, Servicton Apsley
Thursdays: Edenhope, Goroke, Harrow, Douglas
Lost and damaged bins
If your recycling or garbage bin is damaged or lost, complete a Bin Application Form below or email to council@westwimmera.vic.gov.au.
All bin replacement costs for either collection service are to be borne by the ratepayer (additional, lost, damaged, stolen etc).

Applications for new or replacement bins can be completed online below.
All bins provided by Council are to remain at the property to which they were issued. Bins remain the property of Council.

Additional bins
You can purchase additional bins at your cost for your property. An additional municipal waste charge applies for each additional bin you wish collected. This charge will be added to your rates notice.
