The Edenhope Lakeside Tourist Park upgrade is now complete, delivering improved accommodation and amenities right on the foreshore of Lake Wallace.
This $1.4 million redevelopment has significantly enhanced the park's appeal for both tourists and locals by:
Adding 10 new fully-serviced powered sites, increasing overnight capacity by up to 40 people
Constructing a new all-access amenities building, including a camp kitchen, laundry, games room, and upgraded toilets and showers
Demolishing outdated infrastructure dating back to the 1960s
Improving site accessibility and landscaping to create a more inviting and user-friendly environment
Ideally located just 150 metres from Edenhope’s town centre, the park offers easy access to walking tracks, fishing, tennis, golf, and a 5.5km loop around Lake Wallace. The pet-friendly site also features a variety of accommodation options including powered and unpowered sites, onsite caravans, ensuite cabins, and villas.
This project supports regional tourism by encouraging longer stays and increased visitation to the Edenhope area, supporting local businesses and the broader economy.
