Thanks to funding from the State Government’s Regional Tourism Investment Fund, four caravan parks across West Wimmera Shire have received brand new, high-quality cabins - now fully installed, furnished, and ready for visitors.
This project forms part of the broader Cabins Across the Wimmera Mallee: Strengthening the Visitor Economy initiative, with West Wimmera Shire Council contributing $500,000 to support delivery.
The upgrades provide much-needed, modern accommodation options to attract longer stays, support local events, and boost the region’s tourism appeal.
