Join us to celebrate the unveiling of a new community mural, created by Harrow's young people in collaboration with local artist Ron 'Stretch' Penrose. The mural, "Songlines and Yarning Circles," is part of the Harrow Youth Hangout Civic Partnership Project. All welcome.
This project is proudly supported by Harrow Bush Nursing Centre, Neighbourhood Houses Victoria, Parliament of Victoria, Western Bulldogs Community Foundation, West Wimmera Shire Council and Victorian State Government Engage Youth Funding.
