West Wimmera Shire Council is currently preparing a Master Plan for the Kaniva Recreation Reserve. The reserve currently features an oval for football and cricket, netball, hockey fields, skate park, showground buildings, Kaniva Community Hub, Kaniva Sporting Complex and playgrounds. The 10-year plan for the reserve will identify improvements to facilities and sport and active recreation opportunities at the site.
We are keen to find out what you like about the recreation reserve, what’s not working so well, and any ideas that you may have that will make the reserve better for everyone

How you can be involved
Community survey
Share your ideas by filling out our community survey. It asks you about your use of the recreation reserve and your ideas to improve it. Your answers will help us to prepare a list of prioritised projects for the reserve. Most of these projects will require government grants or other types of fundraising.
